Danny Bustamante brings over 27 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, having successfully led a diverse array of projects across design-build, tenant improvements, retail, medical facilities, aerospace, financial institutions, and amusement parks. His proven track record of effectively managing complex projects highlights his ability to deliver exceptional results, ensuring the successful completion of each initiative throughout his distinguished career. When he’s not working, he enjoys the outdoors, quality time with family, and hanging out with his dogs.

April Weber is a Project Executive with over 17 years of experience across construction, roofing, restoration, and project operations. She specializes in commercial and multi-family projects, complex mitigation and rebuilds, and multi-trade coordination, with a strong focus on scope development, estimating, budget control, and large-loss project execution. Known for her clear communication and hands-on leadership, April serves as a trusted liaison between field teams, clients, adjusters, and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and with accountability. Outside of work, she enjoys creative arts, ceramics, and design.

Claudio Montenegro is the Director of Operations with over 10 years of experience in retail and specialty construction, as well as hands-on property management. Known for his attention to detail and ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments, Claudio focuses on safety, quality, and client satisfaction across every project. He is OSHA 30 certified and enjoys working directly with clients to solve complex challenges. Outside of work, Claudio enjoys camping, the outdoors, and spending time with his five dogs. Glenn Hill is a Project Manager with 15 years of construction experience and a strong electrical background. He began his career as an estimator assistant and electrical apprentice before expanding his expertise through inspection, foreman, and project management roles. Glenn specializes in commercial construction, scheduling, and budget oversight, and has successfully managed projects for national clients including Bank of America, 7-Eleven, and Opportun Loan. Known for his “no surprises” approach, he prioritizes clear communication, realistic timelines, and consistent follow-through on every project. Outside of work, he enjoys e-bike riding, traveling to explore new cultures and foods, and tackling DIY and home improvement projects.

Grant Bowler is a Superintendent with 8 years of construction experience specializing in commercial onsite supervision and multi-trade coordination. Known for his calm, solutions-focused approach, Grant excels at keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards. His expertise includes project coordination, permit and inspection management, and proactive problem-solving to prevent issues before they impact progress. He has contributed to high-profile projects including work at the Academy and the Natural History Museum, as well as roofing, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs. Grant’s construction roots started early in Brisbane, Australia, where he accompanied his father, a ceramic tiler, to job sites and learned firsthand the importance of trade coordination, workflow, and keeping projects moving. He’s known for staying calm under pressure and thriving in challenging environments.
